CO2 line

Do I need tubing specifically for CO2 or can I use just the standard air line?

You will need Norprene, Tygon (expensive) or other high quality tubing -- unless you want to refill your CO2 tank every other week. Marine Depot sells Norprene tubing by the foot and Coralife has packaged tubing in (I think) six and ten foot sections.
