Thanks Jonah. A while back I asked the people here on zeo.com what color I should switch my reactor base to. It use to be gray pvc. The board spoke out and chose red. I like these new styles better for a couple of reasons. 1. because it's acrylic I can get a better weld on the legs. that use to be the weak spot before. 2. it also welds better to the main chamber. 3. it's a little thicker than the pvc I was using (pvc - 1/4" red acrylic 3/8".

The downside, is that it's a little more expensive and it takes me a little longer to make them and because of that coupled with rising acrylic prices I had to raise my prices

As for pictures, I never took any of the finished product but you can view some at www.fragfarmer.com and here is one that gives you an idea. I dont have the inner chamber/sleeve/handle in this

The inner sleeve was added sometime last year to make stirring easier. It holds the media and when you stir it, you have much more control, no friction and it's more effective. The only downside was that some flow is lost from going between the inner and outer chambers. I am working on something that will eliminate this and all flow will be through the zeo. So I just so happened to have a new inner chamber here that I am using for measurements and what not for this new flow improvement.

We are going to try it out on the zeo tank at IMAC this weekend. BTW, the reactor for Gary's zeo tank is pretty cool if I do say so myself, lol.

When I said "gary's" zeo reactor I was referring to the reactor made for his ZEO display tank at the trade shows (IMAC, MACNA). We'll have pictures of the whole show this weekend so do stay tuned.

are you talking about the first ones with the gray pvc base? I don't have anymore of that material and I don't think I will be getting more. But as for the old "style" yes, I will continue to make those, they are just red now
