Clear PVC

Any chance I might find clear PVC local? I haven't even looked yet though...just looked online.
I need to fix up some sort external water level indicator on a 550g water storage drum I picked up yesterday. Kinda like you'd see on a large coffee dispenser. I thought I could just send a riser up tee'd off and up before the spigot.

I use a 3/4" clear hose as my level indicator on the 40 gallon barrel I have.
