most using tunze streams?

i use 6 MJ1200's, 3 which are on wave maker. i wish when i set up tank i just used 2 tunze streams 6000 on controller. i'm thinking of adding a tunze stream 6000 on controller, in addition to the 6 MJ1200's,to bring my turnover rate from 35X to 48X. only thing holding me back is the fact that my 2 week old RBTA settled in perfect spot up front. i think adding another 1800gph may cause it to roam.
- just wondering how many on here use tunze streams. if not, then what? they are pricey but so is everything in this game. i'm sure they're excellent.

Hi Dennis, Im using Streams exclusively for the in-tank circulation. Currently have 4 x 6100s on a 7095 controller set to pulse mode. Im extremely pleased with the streams, very low wattage for what it produces and troublefree so far.

Huh?? it's possible to run a tank without Streams You learn something new every day

Iv read a couple of reports that the maxi jects can sometimes sieze and overheat the tank.

I use 2 Streams - superb. My RBTA has also settled on perfect viewing spot up front and hasnt roamed despite being 30 cm away from a stream 9100 pulsing 30 - 100% - He does get fead very tasty meals where he is so I guess there is no incentive to move.
