  • Hanna customer service

    I had problems with my 5 year old Hanna PO4 photometer. Something was wrong with the ZERO button. The button itself worked but it does not accepted my input. I send the instrument back to Hanna for repair, received it back after 2 weeks and it was working well. Now some tests later the same problem showed up. I have send it back again and today I received a brand new instrument for free.

    This is what I call customer service. Bravo Hanna !

    Hanna has excellent customer service. That is one of the reasons why they are a notch above the competition.
