Can a backplate be addeed to a existing tank or does it have to be empty ???

you can add it at any time. They are free standing meaning you don't "have" to glue/secure them.

the move is painfully slow, but thanks for asking. I think once I get the moving truck here, tuesday, and get some stuff out of here i'll be able to really see what i have left to do.

As it is now I think I walk around the house in circles trying to think of what I can do.
