Stupid Bulb!

Hey guys, well over the last 1 month one of my pendants have blown 2 of my bulbs!!!

here are some pics, let me knwo what you guys think. i am calling up sunlight supply tomorrow. i have the reef optic 3 pendants and blue wave ballast.

and heres the old bulb close up, notice the sliver cirlce got blown out,



so the ballast i have are the dual plug in ones. so about 2 weeks ago one of my bulbs blew so i replaced it and switched the cords around in the ballast then tonigh another bulb gets blown out in the pendant that i switched. so it happend in 2 different pendants, but the same plug on the ballast. does that make sense?

anyway i am sick of spending money to get new bulbs to only have them blow out 2 weeks later.....

so what should i do? any thoughts?

like i said i am calling the company tomorrow i have already spoke with the guy once about this. so we will see.
