Well, UPS really bent me over today (actually the past few days).
I ordered four LA III reflectors last week from PGS.
First, PGS got the address wrong initially, but I figured that out and had UPS change the address last Friday which changed the delivery date to Monday. Well, Monday comes and goes and the UPS website tracking says they need the suite number. Well, they had the suite number and I actually told them to make sure it was on the package when they were contacted on Friday.
So, supposedly, with the suite number changes, delivery was rescheduled for today, Tuesday. Well after calling to try and figure out where my package was today (which they had no clue), the website shows it delivered and signed for by "Scott" at 10:30am. Well, there isn't anyone in this office by the name (first or last) of Scott. There are only five people in this office. I actually talked with the UPS driver this afternoon and he has not seen the box so some other driver probably just unloaded it someplace.
Now here is the kicker, PGS is now out of LA III reflectors and can not replace them for at least two weeks. Meanwhile, I have buyers for my existing light systems that may go away if told they are now going to have to wait at least three weeks (two weeks for PGS to get them and another week with UPS) and that is if everything goes like is being told to me.
I am really pissed at UPS right now. I have a mind to call some of my friends back in Atlanta that just happen to have some pretty high level connections within UPS, call up those UPS execs and let them know what I really think about their customer service at the momment.
