I nee to add an actinic to my system for a dusk/dawn effect. I have a ballast that will fire 2 54w t5s and was wondering if you guys think It will fire 1 75w VHO super actinic. I dont have the ballast in front of me but was wondering if you guys thought it may work. TIA

If it's a workhorse ballast it will. If it's a true T5 ballast it won't.10x3x2 FOWLR (for now)

I dunno what ballast that is. Are you sure it's not a true T5? If it isn't it'll work.10x3x2 FOWLR (for now)

Thanks Moon, I found out it is an HO ballast so I decided for now to overdrive an NO URI super--its not as great as the VHO but it does exactly what I want it to doSean
