12g Lighting - SPS reqs?

So I've got the flow uncontrol with my JBJ nano 12g, but how much PC do I need to grow SPS?

I'm looking at getting 96w of PC in there, right now I have 48w.

Just thought I'd ask, maybe it's not even possible.

I would suggest adding a 150 HQI halide at the minimum if you are going to try to keep sps.
